§ Terms

Terms of use.

Plain-English version: this is a pre-launch marketing site and early-access list. Use it in good faith, and nothing here is a binding offer of service until we sign a separate agreement with you.

Who we are

OpsBlox is a product of Digital Inertia (Pty) Ltd, a company based in Cape Town, South Africa (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at matt@digin.co.za.

The website

This site describes OpsBlox and lets you join an early-access list. We provide it “as is”. Product features, pricing, and availability described here are indicative and may change before general availability. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a warranty, or professional advice.

Early access & communications

If you join the list, you ask us to contact you about OpsBlox. We handle your details as set out in our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the list does not entitle you to the service or to any particular price.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, scrape or overload it, submit anyone else’s personal information without their consent, or interfere with how it works.

Intellectual property

The OpsBlox name, brand, copy, and design are owned by Digital Inertia. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution; you may not copy or reuse the branding or content as your own.

The service itself

When you actually adopt OpsBlox — cloud or on-prem — a separate service agreement governs that relationship (data handling, security, uptime, payment, and cancellation). These website terms don’t replace it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under South African law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date below shows the last change.
